Lori and her team specializes in post-rehabilitation, balance/fall prevention and mobility/strength training for the active, healthy 50+ population.

Once our clients are assessed for common risk factors. A multi-dimensional approach that is systematic and progressive is designed for people with vestibular disorders (balance), diabetes, arthritis, Multiple Sclerosis (MS), Spina Bifida, Parkinson’s, stroke and other cognitive impairments.

Progress reports can be sent to the physician or care provider at “no additional charge”!
Customized Programs if you are post-rehab and want to avoid relapse. Exercises are chosen based on your current level and goals.

Overview of Services:

  • Pre-rehabilitation/Post-rehabilitation method designed to build strength, stability and overall general conditioning prior to or after surgery
  • Private Training/ Semi-Private training conveniently at your home, office, or trainers gym
  • Boot Camp LITE in your neighborhood. Reach a level of fitness that is optimal for you, in a small group setting
  • Community Walks to get you started
  • Body Clinics balance, arms, core, gluts, and hips
  • Motivational Lectures at industry functions, employer groups, senior communities, and places of worship

Rates: After your initial assessment, you have a choice of a 55-minute or 30-minute session (minimum twice a week). Rates vary depending upon location.

Specific Programs:

  • Boot Camp LITE is non-threatening and age appropriate. Improve your cardio performance, have fun and consider the opportunities to network. It is anything but routine!
  • Body Clinics for arms, balance and core are offered in private or group sessions. It is designed to improve your least favorite body part, physique and confidence once and for all!
  • Stretching and Flexibility is made simple. It is a vital, yet often forgotten part of every workout. Using a combination of fitness techniques, learn to move in ways that improve the “flexible” you.
