Start your day off with fresh fruit or hot oatmeal, or yogurt with blueberries. Then eat fresh fruits, vegetables, and nuts throughout the day to keep your energy up.

  1. Breath

Deep breathing is very beneficial to your overall well being. Your blood needs to be oxygenated for your body to be able to function correctly.

Whatever the exercise it really doesn’t matter as long as you enjoy doing it. And it needs to be enjoyed 30 minutes to an hour per day every day.
