Lisa Krasnoff
Lisa Krasnoff has been in the care taking field for 16 years. She started with caring for developmentally disabled adults in 1994. Lisa went through a huge life change and with it came a 40 pound weight loss. She began with hiking with her (then) 2 year old on her back. Lisa dropped 20 pounds from just hiking and eating less. She decided that she wanted to do some weight training. Lisa went to her local gym and had no idea what to do or where to start.
She hired a trainer one time to just show her what to do. Lisa followed that and dropped another 10 pounds. She found herself needing to change careers. A friend had suggested that she should become a trainer. She looked into it and 2 months later, was certified and working at at gym. She became interested in working with seniors when she watched her mother who is 70, work out and feel great. Her mother didn’t have the aches and pains like her parents did who just sat all day long and became physically miserable. Lisa has a heart to help other seniors become physically strong and have an increased quality of life.
